Co-workers
Do you think it matters or not if your friends with your co-workers or not? Will it benefit you? Well in my opinion I think that you don't need to be friends. Like the famous saying goes "don't mix pleasure with business" I think of the same with having friends while you work. Also it may be good to interact with co-workers and if you become good friends then its good but I don't think that you need to have friends at work. You go to work not to play around>

I agree with you Robert, business should come first however at times it wouldn't hurt to have a friend or two. It may help someone to have a friend at work, or it may hurt them.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you Cristian about not mixing pleasure with business but having a friend isn't really a pleasure. Also having a friend couldn't hurt because they can help and you can have more trust while working.

ReplyDeleteThis is exactly my perspective. I really like how you basically say that it should not matter if your friends or not because it really does not matter. As long as the work is being dealt with.
